الشروط والأحكام

1. التسجيل والاشتراك
1. Registration and Membership

1.1 يلتزم المتقدمون للحصول على العضوية بتقديم جميع المستندات المطلوبة عند التسجيل، بما في ذلك نسخة سارية المفعول من الهوية الوطنية أو الإقامة.
1.1 Applicants for membership must provide all required documents during registration, including a valid copy of the national ID or residency permit.

1.2 العضوية شخصية ولا يجوز التنازل عنها أو تحويلها إلى أي طرف آخر تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.
1.2 Membership is personal and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other party under any circumstances.

1.3 يشترط على الأعضاء الموافقة الكاملة على الشروط والأحكام المعتمدة من النادي كجزء أساسي من إجراءات التسجيل.
1.3 Members must fully agree to the club’s terms and conditions as an essential part of the registration process.

1.4 يحتفظ النادي بالحق المطلق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب اشتراك دون الالتزام بتقديم مبررات أو أسباب للقرار.
1.4 The club reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any membership application without providing justifications or reasons.

2. استخدام المنشآت الرياضية
2. Use of Sports Facilities

2.1 يُلزم جميع مرتادي المنشآت الرياضية بارتداء الملابس الرياضية الملائمة أثناء التواجد داخل المنشآت.
2.1 All visitors to the sports facilities must wear appropriate sports attire while inside the premises.

2.2 يُحظر التدخين وتناول الأطعمة والمشروبات في المناطق الرياضية، باستثناء المياه المعبأة.
2.2 Smoking, eating, and drinking are prohibited in sports areas, except for bottled water.

2.3 لا يُسمح للأطفال الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 12 عامًا بالتواجد في المنشآت الرياضية دون مرافقة أحد الوالدين أو شخص بالغ مسؤول عن الإشراف عليهم.
2.3 Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the sports facilities unless accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult supervisor.

2.4 يُمنع استخدام الأجهزة الرياضية دون الحصول على التدريب أو الإرشاد المناسب لضمان السلامة.
2.4 The use of gym equipment without proper training or guidance is prohibited to ensure safety.

3. الالتزام بالآداب العامة
3. Adherence to General Etiquette

3.1 يجب على جميع الأعضاء الالتزام بالآداب العامة واحترام خصوصية الآخرين في كافة مرافق النادي.
3.1 All members must adhere to general etiquette and respect the privacy of others across all club facilities.

3.2 يُمنع منعًا باتًا التصوير أو استخدام الهواتف المحمولة داخل غرف تبديل الملابس، وذلك حفاظًا على خصوصية الأعضاء وسلامتهم.
3.2 Photography and the use of mobile phones are strictly prohibited in locker rooms to protect members’ privacy and safety.

3.3 يُحظر القيام بأي تصرفات من شأنها التسبب بالإزعاج، التحرش، أو الإساءة لأي من الأعضاء أو العاملين بالنادي، ويشمل ذلك الأقوال أو الأفعال.
3.3 Any behavior that causes disturbance, harassment, or harm to members or staff, whether verbal or physical, is strictly prohibited.

3.4 يحق لإدارة النادي اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية المناسبة بحق المخالفين لهذه اللوائح، والتي قد تشمل إنذار العضو، إيقافه مؤقتًا، أو إلغاء العضوية نهائيًا وفقًا لتقدير الإدارة.
3.4 The club management reserves the right to take appropriate measures against violators, including issuing warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of membership at its discretion.

4. الاشتراكات والدفع
4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 جميع الرسوم المدفوعة من قبل الأعضاء غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا في حالات استثنائية يتم تحديدها وفقًا لتقدير النادي المطلق.
4.1 All fees paid by members are non-refundable except in exceptional cases determined at the club’s sole discretion.

4.2 يحتفظ النادي بالحق في تعديل رسوم الاشتراك وفقًا لما يراه مناسبًا، على أن يتم إخطار الأعضاء بالتعديلات قبل تنفيذها بمدة زمنية معقولة.
4.2 The club reserves the right to adjust membership fees as deemed appropriate, with reasonable prior notice to members.

4.3 في حالة تأخر العضو عن سداد الرسوم المستحقة، يحق للنادي تعليق أو إلغاء العضوية بشكل مؤقت أو دائم، وفقًا لما يراه مناسبًا.
4.3 In case of delayed payment of dues, the club reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership temporarily or permanently as deemed appropriate.
